About the Home Consignment Center
Based off of his experience in the antique auto consignment business, Johnny Crowell, along with wife Christine, decided to open a consignment furniture store in 1994. The couple joined with Jamece and John Fondnazio forming a partnership that has extended over more than 15 years. In 1995 they spread their business to include consignment jewelry and they have since opened stores in California, Nevada, and Texas.
While consigning furniture and jewelry traditionally leads to consigners being drawn in with falsely high prices only to find out that the prices are later cut, the Home Consignment Center takes a different approach. At the Home Consignment Center, items are priced fairly from the start so that both consigners and buyers know that they are getting a good deal. Beyond fair pricing, the Home Consignment Center also avoids typical commission systems that most furniture and jewelry stores follow meaning that when you shop with us, you won’t face high pressure tactics that are meant to make you spend the most money possible.
Here at the Home Consignment Center, we believe that it is good business sense to treat our consigners and customers fairly, which has led to the success of seventeen locations in three states. To find out more about our consignment process or to inquire about our inventory, give us a call at (925) 272-4318 today.
